This is the main page for Simulacre Media, a Vancouver-based music and web/media company that is run by scholar, new media enthusiast and musician Jean Hébert.

What do I do? I provide media consultancy and project management services for New Media, music and technology companies and organizations. My most recent work in this area is as Project Manager for the Mobile MUSE Network, an advanced socio-technical research project involving mobile handsets and social media in Canada. I blog about music, media, technology and culture at clicknoise.net. I produce music like A Spectre Is Haunting Europe, Dupobs, and more. I'm a PhD Candidate at the School of Communication, Simon Fraser University.
